MAPLE SYRUP

Willow Syrup is still made by hand.  The trees are tapped and buckets hung in late February or early March, depending on the weather.  The maple sap is then cooked outside on a seasoned wood fire until it is syrup.  The syrup consists totally of cooked maple tree sap.  No additives or preservatives are added.

Check out the displayed decorative bottles.  They make good holiday or any occasion gifts.  Email or telephone your selections and contact information to willow@ccrtc.com or 317.445.4929.  I will contact you to make arrangements for your purchase.
